To alleviate any fears that you might have about working with us, we have made our satisfaction guarantee clear and upfront – there is NO RISK when you use our services. We give you a risk-free satisfaction guarantee that you will receive world class design talent, professional customer service and constant attention to detail. Our satisfaction guarantee is simple – If you do not love any of the logo concepts we design on the initial design set, we will continue to work on your logo project until you are completely satisfied. If for any reason you wish to stop the development of your company logo, simply email your account manager BEFORE your first round of revisions and you will receive an immediate refund (less a 10% administrative fee).
Clients will be ineligible for the refund policy if any of the following conditions are met:
1. If you have approved your logo design
2. If you have already requested revisions on your initial set of logo concepts
